Caterpillar (CAT)

A unique and technically challenging project for Caterpillar in support of Trent Bridge Cricket Ground during The Ashes Test Series.
The brief involved refurbishing two “Old Rusty Bolter” pitch-soaking vehicles — specialist machines used to remove surface water from the cricket pitch via large sponge rollers.
Our role was to fully recondition and service the vehicles before transforming them visually to resemble CAT diggers positioned pitch-side.
This complex project required collaboration with specialist partners and creative problem-solving.
The final result delivered a striking visual impact and exceeded client expectations. We are particularly proud to have been involved in such an unusual and memorable commission.
